Every year, the Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting competition gathers together a host of water suppliers (both tap and bottled) from around the world to determine where the best tasting water is from. Held in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, “it is the largest water tasting competition in the world”. This year’s tap water winner is from Clearbrook, British Columbia. The top tap water from the United States is from Santa Ana, California. Congrats to all winners!

AWWA will have its very own “Best of the Best” Tap Water Taste Test during this year’s annual conference to be held June 8-12 in Boston. A panel of local public figures and flavor profile analysts will sample a variety of entries to determine who has the best drinking water. The winner will be announced immediately following the contest.
