World Toilet Day is Nov. 19. This day has been established by the United Nations to raise awareness about the 2.5 billion people around the world who do not have access to a toilet. The theme for this year’s Day is equality and dignity, focusing on “how access to improved sanitation leads to a reduction in assault and violence on women and girls”.
