In New York City, water towers have been decorated with creative canvases to raise awareness about water use, according to a Wall Street Journal blog article.
The project is called the Water Tank Project and has been brought to life by the non-profit organization Word Above the Street. The organization is calling the project “a part art exhibition, part awareness campaign”, according to its website.
If you are in and around the New York City area, make sure to personally check out the unique pieces of art that draw attention to water. If you are not around this area, photos can be viewed on the Water Tank Project's website.
