The St. Paul Saints - Saint Paul, Minnesota’s minor league baseball team - claims to have the greenest ballpark in the United States. Why do they state that? Because of their water conservation and recycling efforts.
For example, according to this Minnesota news outlet, they use rainwater that is collected from a nearby building to water the grass on the field and to flush the toilets.
The other green initiatives the ballpark is involved in include striving to be a zero waste facility and installing solar panels.
