It has been decided what water utilities have the best-tasting water in Pennsylvania. That honor goes to (drumroll please!)....York Water Company and Capital Region Water. 

According to an area news outlet, York Water Company in York won the "People's Choice Tasting", and Capital Region Water in Harrisburg, won the "Expert Panel Taste Test".

Now Capital Region Water can go on to compete at AWWA's Annual Conference & Exposition in Chicago later this month at the "Best of the Best” Tap Water Taste Test.
